Reservation requests (Visitor Mine only)

Description and scope of data processing

You can book a reservation for a visit of our visitor mine on the website (https://graphit-bbw.de) by entering your personal data. The following data is collected during the reservation process:

  • Title
  • First and last name
  • Address (Zip code, place of residence, country)
  • Contact details (telephone number, email address)
  • Visitors number
  • Date of the intended visit
  • Time of the visit planned
     

The following data is also stored during the reservation request:

  • Web server log file
     

Legal Basis for data processing

The legal basis for the processing of data is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (conclusion of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the implementation of pre-contractual measures).

Purpose of data processing

The purpose of the processing is to organise the appointments for guided tours or events in the Visitor Mine. In addition to telephone enquiries, a reservation enquiry may be submitted online.

Duration of storage

The data collected for the reservation request will be deleted when the data is no longer required for the execution of the contract. Even after conclusion of the contract, it may still be necessary to store personal data of the contractual partner in order to fulfil contractual or legal obligations.

Right to object and right to rectification

You have the possibility to cancel the reservation at any time. If data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, deletion of data is only possible, unless contractual or legal obligations prevent a deletion.
