Amila Prasanna Jayasinghe, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bogala Graphite Lanka PLC, brings over 33 years of diverse industry experience and strategic leadership to the company. Graduating from Monash University with a BBUS in Accounting and holding a CPA, Amila's career journey includes roles in the metal industry, tea industry and Information Technology industry .
Joining Bogala in 2000 as an Executive Director was appointment to the Board in 2004 and promoted to Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer in 2008.
Mr. Amarasinghe was appointed a Director on 4th April 2014. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka.
He has over 31 years of experience in the mercantile sector at senior level and possesses experience in the Manufacturing FMCG (Foods & Beverages), Automobile, Services (Corporate and Management Consultancy), Information Technology, Garment Manufacturing, and Garment Processing industries.
