Thomas Junker is a mechanical engineer specializing in manufacturing technology, and a graduate of the University of Applied Sciences in Aalen. He joined AMG Graphite in 2008. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bogala Graphite Lanka PLC between March 2010 and April 2016, and was re-appointed to the board at the beginning of 2017. Thomas Junker is Managing Director of both AMG Graphite and Qingdao Kropfmühl Graphite Ltd., where he has been a board member since 2011. He also heads the Board of Directors of GK Ancuabe Graphite Mine S.A.
Ulla Neunzert has been Managing Director/CFO of AMG Graphite since April 2020. After completing her Magister degree in North American studies at the Free University of Berlin, she lived with her family in Sweden, the Netherlands and Switzerland, managing the finance departments of various global IT companies during the period. Before returning to Germany in 2019, she spent eight years as Finance Manager Europe at the Swedish specialty oil company Nynas AB in Stockholm.
